Initial Intake & Evaluation $250
This is the starting point for all of our medical services. Labs will be done before your appointment. This allows us to maximize efficiency, eliminate unnecessary office visits, and get a plan in place at your first appointment.

This evaluation includes in-depth labs, office visit with our NP, recommended supplements, InBody body composition scan, and B12 injection if indicated.
Basic Membership $149/mo
This membership option includes all office visits, labs, recommended supplements, unlimited InBody body composition scans, B12 injections as indicated. Basic members also receive preferred pricing on all other wellness services including hormone pellets.
Complete Membership $439/mo
Our complete members enjoy all the benefits of the basic membership with the added bonus of having access to complimentary pellets, weight loss medications, peptides, and compounded hormones.
